TLN is always looking for quality websites to recruit into the network as Ad Publishers. What's an ad publisher, you ask? Well, basically it is a person that owns a website that has agreed to reserve a small amount of space on a web page or pages in their site. The more pages that you run ads on, the more money you can make.

How does it work?
I am glad you asked. When an advertiser comes to TLN to place an ad they select a category that relates to their industry. The ad is then sent out to all of the link publishers in that category, if you decide to accept the ad, place it on your site. Once it is placed the Team Link Network spider will verify the link placement and notify TLN admin. You will receive your payment, either via PayPal or USPS, on the 15th of every month for the ad(s) you have accepted.

That sounds fine, but what do I get paid?
As an Ad Publisher, 50% of the total revenue collected for every ad is shared among all of the webmasters that accept the ads. You continue to collect money for running the ad as long as the Advertiser continues pays.

Why are the links only a $1?
The reason for this is simple; they're not worth much more than that. The program was built to make the process fast and easy and to enable webmasters to generate income from low traffic pages with very little effort. It takes only a few minutes to place these ads on your pages and the advertisers may keep these ads live for years. When you consider the investment you have to make, the return is very good.

Also, it is important to keep in mind, the dollar links are just the "hook". The ad we use to generate interest in the program. The majority of our clients have special requests for special needs and when your page matches their request, those ads pay much better. In fact, depending on the traffic and/or theme your site, they could pay much,MUCH better.

What if my page has a higher PR?
Page Rank is sooo 2005. Most respected SEO experts agree that PageRank does not hold the value it once did. The Google toolbar has been referred to as a novelty item; to be honest that is all it really is anymore. The PR of a site or a page provides little more information other than Google has indexed that page in their database. That toolbar does not tell any important information, like the amount of eyeballs that are on the site. Sales and branding for the advertisers is what matters and that usually has little to do with PR.
