Advertiser Terms of Service
Because Internet Marketing is an unusual business and sometimes not
easily understood, we have put together this information for your
protection as well as our own. This is a legally binding agreement.
Authorization
We want to make it very clear to all concerned parties that you are
fully aware that you are authorizing Team Link Network to either charge
your credit card, deposit your online check or debit your PayPal account
for the sole purpose of providing you with internet advertising on
independent third party websites within the Team Link Network. This
advertising may be in many forms including but not limited to, a text
link, a graphic ad, video or audio files, flash files, html code, or
some other type of digital data.
Authorized Charges on your credit card statement will appear as Team Link Network. (Hereafter referred to as TLN).
Furthermore, it is understood that TLN or any of its resellers, partners
or affiliates make no guarantee of any level of success or income. We
only guarantee to have your ad displayed on the internet and to notify
you of such locations as your ads are placed within your Advertiser's
Admin Panel. Orders are to be completed within 14 business days to
completely satisfy the order. If your order has not been completed at
the end of 14 business days a refund of the unplaced balance will be
credited back to your account, or, at your discretion, compensatory ads
will be provided.
Ads Leased by Monthly Payments
Your ad payments are due the same day each month on the same date. Your
due date is determined by the date which you initially placed the order.
Your ad will run for a full 30 days from your time of notification on
the site that we have placed your ad regardless of the due date. You
will get the time you have paid for beginning on the date the ad was
placed, not the date the order was received unless the placed date
happens to be the same day.
Each order is assigned a unique URL and anchor text. Once the order has
been placed in the system no alteration to the URL or content of the ad
are allowed. If you would like ads for another URL or would like
different anchor text or content, our packages are so affordable you can
simply order a new package.
Ads Paid by Pay Per Click or Cost Per Action
This service is still in development as of March 2007. We expect to have
this feature fully operational by the end of the calendar year.
Intent
The intent is to offer internet advertising on independent third party
web pages within the Team Link Network. The purpose of this service is
to generate sales, visibility and/or branding. When the ads are ordered
they are placed on sites matching the criteria set by you at the time of
order. However, TLN, it's employees, affiliates, distributors, partners
or representatives make no guarantees or promises of any kind, either
explicit or implied, of any level of success or income from an ad you
place.
Team Link Network reserves the right to refuse any ad. Furthermore, Team
Link Network reserves the right to remove any ad participating in the
network if it is deemed the site is participating in activities that are
outside of the Terms of Service for any of the three major search
services. Including, but not limited to:
- Redirected Pages
- Auto Generated Pages
- Cloaking
- Hidden Text
Termination or suspension of an ADVERTISERS account may be exercised if
non-payment occurs. Failure to make payment in full by the due date for
any reason whatsoever will place that account into DEFAULT. There is no
grace period. Payments are due on the due date. It is the sole
responsibility of the ADVERTISER to have funds available at the time
payment is due. If the necessary funds are not available termination
and/or suspension of the account in DEFAULT may occur. In the event ads
are removed due to non-payment the ADVERTISER will be subject to a
reinstatement fee of $5 per ad or 10% of the entire order, whichever
amount is greater.
Page Rank
If you are leasing an ad for the Page Rank value, we advise you NOT TO
DO IT! We have no control over what Google may or may not do. If they
make a PR 9 drop to a PR 8, it doesn't mean that the site has any less
link popularity, less traffic or less quality. It only means they are
counting things differently and that is their decision and their right.
If the site was making you money, it should continue to do so, but
remember we have no way of knowing what you, Google, or the Ad Publisher
will do at any given time.
Canceling Your Ad
You may cancel your ad at anytime before the due date and not be charged
for the following month, but it is understood that you are NOT entitled
to a refund or charge back after the due date for that month has passed.
Once you cancel an ad, the inventory partner/s will be notified and
asked to pull your ad when your 30 days is up.
Refusal or Termination
Team Link Network reserves the right to refuse or terminate any AD
campaign if it is deemed to be in violation of TLN's terms of service.
If an ad is removed from the program due to a violation, there will be
no refund, nor is the ADVERTISER entitled to a charge back.
By placing this order you are stating that you have read, understand,
and agree to these terms. While you may be entitled to a refund for some
reasons, you are not entitled to a charge back for any reason.
